A two-vehicle accident early yesterday afternoon on westbound Route 80 took the lives of three people from Queens, authorities said. Norberto Ortiz Jr, 29, Eileen Ro driquez, 35, and an unidentified 2-year-old child were pronounced dead at the scene, State Police said.
